Ogre Irongut of the Mountaineater Tribe - Almost Finished
Here is my second ogre :D He has been converted - heavily repositioned, the shoulder of the left arm sculpted, his hook added, fur trim round his boots sculpted on, straps for his stone gutplate sculpted on. Now, this is by no means the finished product. From the photos I can see that his skin needs tidying up badly, his trousers are shiny (needs dullcote), bandages on his sword arm are crap, and the sword needs more work. I am, however, extremely pleased with the freehand on his trousers, and the manky HE shield and barrel of wine on his base :) i realise that the colour scheme is a bit dodgy, but I tried to keep it tied together by making his boots red. Gutplate also looks strange, but the mountaineaters' gutplates are made of stone, so the purple things, naturally, are crystals ;) Really, i am posting him to find out what you think so far: I would be extremely grateful if you told me which bits need improvement: I have taken into account comments from my first ogre, 116169, to make him better. I am hoping for my first average score of 8 or more! He is not a WIP, yet he ain't finished either :) so please, please leave a comment! And please, please bear in mind that I am only 13 years old!
