well, another one, i didnt planed on uploading this one, thats why its Barnished (damn shine!!!) but just been improving my Photograph abilities and this one came out pretty good  Basic paintjob for my Griffin warband, but im specially proud of the base (tried some late winter theme) that fits very well the fantastic sculpt.

This is lovely. The colour scheme is simple but very effective, proving that you don't need to use many colours to get a good result.
The base is awesome, I love the snow!

Wow! Your blendings are amazing. For what I can tell from this mini you could probably be one of the very good ones. I don't think that you should have used grey to highlight the black cloth. I have seen that Jakob nielsen use bleached bone. Or you can use reaper pro 'walnut'. It really helps getting rid of that ugly greyblue color it gives when you highlight black with grey. |

le titre de la fig me laisse penser que tu es français. J'écris donc dans une langue que je suppose tu comprends. J'aime beaucoup ce modèle de figurine. La qualité de la peinture est très bonne, j'apprécie particulièrement le soin donné à la boiserie du fusil, ainsi que la continuité des dégradés sans échelons d'éclaircissement apparents. Bon traitement du NMM. Le shéma de couleur brun/noir lui donne un air plus sinistre que certains fusiliers kitch que j'ai déjà vu. Bon boulot |

The skin and metals are very smoothly executed, but some other regions need more highlighting IMO, such as the brown cloak. And what's that white slimy stuff on the base? |

Very nice browns, the black thing around his neck is cool too, and you've got some nice basing and NMM going on.

Very nice, I agree about the base - I love the slushy melted snow. The NMM is very good on the chain (and something I don't think I would have the patience to do). You already know about the glossy effect, so I won't mention that
