the smoothness and shading of the bone armor is perfect. the red bits need more dramatic shading in general, although the hair looks good. doing a model almost entirely in red, bone (a paler version of orange/yellow, really) and greyscale leaves you without hue contrast and mutes the model. a speck here or there of green, purple or blue detail would bring out the bright color of the rest of the model.
Real neatly painted and highlighted, but it lacks some green, there's too much red! The gems look good, but because of the yellowyness of the armor, the bottom higlight sorta falls away, so they could be painted green. Next time just choose your color scheme well...and you've got the money in the pocket(metaforical speaking).
Because you can paint, very neatly, but if you just work with some nice freehand work and color schemes, everything will be just dandy. Good Luck.
