Undoubtly your Frodo is inspired by Peter Jackson's movies.
Unfortunately he does not even look a little bit like the movie Frodo.
Also his feet look much too thick because of the very dark hair. The blacklining between his toes and fingers is much too thick.
Something in his eyes looks really scary.
