Would be a 10 if it was either a conversion or your own work.. I can see a cast storm bolter, both arms and something else looks rather familiar, but I can't put my finger on it...
Also, the joins between parts isn't done too well. For example the Bolter+Shaft, Shaft+Hand, Hand+Elbow. Work some GS into them to clean them up a bit.
