Couple 2-cent tips (hope they help):
1) when highlighting red, mix in bight orange to lighten it instead of white. That may have been your intent to highlight it pinkish but I thought I'd mention it since it isn't obvious.
2) also your final highlight on the skin should be a bit brighter - one more addition of yellow/white/palegreen? to your mix and you'll have it! (apply only to the most raise portions of the skin - dot the top of each nostril, the bridge and tip of the nose, tip of the chin, tip of the cheekbones, the tops of the knuckles, the top part of that forearm and a smudge on the elbow point.
I dunno, the flash could be good for some action diaramas, but it doesn't help the single fig with no background. The chain needs to be darker, and the grass needs shading.
