Right... ähm...
This is my pain! Said and meant this way... ok, i guess i need to explain just a bit before you get me for completly ill...
EXPLANATION:
My Mum's health isn't in best constitution since some weeks and i feel pain, brutal pain in my heart, in my soul, in my stomach, in my chest, in my blood, in my brain, in my mind, in my bones even in my urin... it hurts a lot and i needed to work with this feeling...
This is what has arrived from the depths of my soul. Painted in acrylics as always...
Model is "Male Adam Figure" from "Preiser Miniaturen". He got wings from out of my bitzbox, i guess it must be some of GW's wings. You can get 5 of those human body studies to sculpt on or just to paint them the way they are... Great upon these are that you have a lot of arms, legs, torsis and heads you can put together the way you want... Scale 1:32
So far from my pain... Hope you like it in some ways... And maybe you get a positive thought of a second to someone unknown over here - to my mum - if some wouldn't mind i am sure it'll helps - thank you very much!

I can understand how you feel about your mother's health. Mine had some heart problems recently and I felt similar too. I hope she gets well soon. I was wondering how the Preiser Adam and Eve figures. Been pretty helpful about hpw the looked painted. Greate work...:] |

This piece is beautiful, not simply by the paint job and style, but by the emotion. You did a fantastic job of conveying your emotions through the piece. It is troubling to look at but at the same time a very mesmerizing piece to get lost in. Excellent work.

No points rating will ever match the true meaning of this miniature. I also don't feel that this is your best piece but the meaning behind it and what it must mean to you is incomprehensible. I can see the agony you felt as you made this and I can't imagine you saw your own work through dry eyes. All the best to you and your mum. |

While not the best of your work paintwize it is still very good. What is important with this and why it is still worth high points is that you have captured a feeling, that I think alot of us can asociate with. Although none of us can feel what you feel alot of us have gone through similar situations and I can feel the escense of what your comunicating with this piece.
I also think it is an important piece that shows that miniature painting is an artform equal to any other. Thanks and I pray that your mother will get well. |
