This was another commission work for a friend of mine, a fellow australian painter - I hope you like it Gav! 
The mini is Leonidas, from the movie 300...the sculpt is from the Spanish mini company 'Tales of War', the company of the Remis twins (DeucalionS!).
Hope you like it - 300 was an excellent movie, it did well in capturing the spirit of Frank Miller's graphic novel!

Outstanding job - the skin is so sweet and soft and catches the brutality of war with this right placed tiny blood splatters more then perfect. Your metallics are dining in hell as they are breathtaking to death - ok, calm down, jar^^ - they are stunning... i still can't breathe or think whilst looking on the skin and try to look at the metals at the same time - things to learn: Watch a mini step after step... Keep up the breathtaking work! |

The mini is absolutely stunning, I have got it as well but have not painted it yet, I know i will never achieve your level but i will strive for it! the skin, metal, red cape - all of it look just like the movie! the super-fine blood spaltter however is waht really makes this one the ultimate leoniday mini! If you don´t mind, I would really love to know waht color you used for the skin. Thanks. |

The skin is amazing so are the metals. Not fan of the head, but that's the sculpts fault. Maybe you could have saturated the red even more just to go with the movies, not entirely sure about that though, red is a sneaky colour. Another beautiful piece Seb! |
