This is a bust from Korean company Seil Models showing Jackie Chan as a general of chin. It displays the main character of the chinese movie "The Myth" ... not a bad movie at all with nice humor, great costumes and an interesting plot ...
At first sight I was was deeply impressed how the bust captured Jackie Chans face (looks a bit younger then in the movie) and the great detail of the movies costumes. I decided not to use the feather-thing which comes with the bust, since it looked way to strange. There were scenes in the movie (after battle) when the helmet was without it, which was fine for me ... I didn´t want the eyes to stare straight forward, which would have made the face somewhat boring, so I used the slightly turned head to show him looking over his shoulder, which seemed natural for me with the torsion of his head ...
It was a real joy to paint the grand-master of slapstick-kung-fu (assembling wasn´t at all) and I hope I was able to give him at least a little bit of life

La peau ne fait pas réelle du tout et encore moins asiatique, ya des note que je comprends vraiment pas ici ! |

very impressive, I must say I do not know the movie although I am a great fan of Jacke Chan, and I easily recognized him which means you did a good job; the costume also looks very good. |
